Position Overview
As a Child and Youth Care Worker, you play a significant role in creating a safe, therapeutic, and culturally responsive environment. You will support the development and implementation of individualized service plans, monitor and document behaviors, facilitate daily routines, and collaborate closely with the service team to ensure each child or youth receives the highest standard of care.
