Supervised Visitation

The Bridgeway Access program is designed to provide parents and families with a safely supervised access time between children and non-custodial family members.

Our family coaches supervise the visits and ensure a positive environment during visit hours. Our coaches reaffirm that the court order expectation is being met and may end the visits if:

• The parent is deviating from the visit plan.
• There is a suspicion of drug or alcohol use.
• If unsafe behaviour persist.
• Unauthorized visitors are accompanying the parent.
• Unsafe visit location.
• Behaviour that may be considered emotionally or psychologically traumatizing for the child.

The coaches are expected to be with you throughout the visit. For example, sitting within earshot, swimming, parks, galaxy land, mall, shopping, etc. If the visits occur in your home, the coach will remain with your children to ensure safety. The Coach may give you parenting tips if indicated on the intake forms.

Fee Schedule

• The service fee for each supervised visit is due 48 hours before the day of the visit. No cash is exchanged during or for visitation services.
• Based on the initial interview with both parties involved, the visits may be facilitated at the respective residence.
• Any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will be non-refundable.
• The other party must be available by phone during the visit in case the visit ends early.
• Under circumstances when the visit ends early, the other party must be available to pick up the child/ren at the pick-up location.
• Contact notes can be requested at an additional fee and shared with both parties.
